Good plugin, bit of a learning curve

I purchased the Business plan a few months back, mainly for the PayPal forms and the views and visualizer features. The ordering process on their site was straightforward enough, and I received my license key immediately. Installation into WordPress was standard, no issues there. The drag and drop form builder is quite powerful, but it took me a good while to get the hang of the Views feature for displaying entry data. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about conditional logic in my payment form, though it took about 18 hours for a reply. Once I understood the system, it became much easier to create complex forms. Quality of the plugin itself is solid, no bugs encountered.

Happy with the Elite plan

I got the Elite plan during their holiday sale, and it was a great deal. The initial savings on the annual billing made it really attractive, especially since I needed the WooCommerce integration and the signature addon for a client project. Felt like I got a lot of features for what I paid. Definitely worth it for the price.

Solid form builder overall

I bought the Plus plan last year, mostly for the Stripe forms and the multi-page forms. The plugin itself is very capable; I was able to build out some pretty complex lead generation forms without too much trouble. Delivery was instant, got my license key right after payment. My only minor gripe was that some of the documentation could be a bit clearer for advanced features. Sometimes I had to dig a bit to find what I needed. But for the price, and considering the range of add-ons included, it's a good value.
